I was lucky enough to have been invited to the Sky Hotel‘s Ski Season Kickoff party in Aspen with my affiliate blogger Will, from Wake and Wander, last weekend to cover the hotel, Aspen, and the beginning of ski season. Without divulging any of the debauchery, let me just say, these guys know how to party. The bigger story just ran on Condé Nast’s Hotel Chatter, which also talks about the new Westin in Snowmass. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to enjoy that part of town. *hrumph*
The thing to take away from this though, is that the Sky is, in my experience, the hotel to stay at for a party experience in Aspen. Their pool being the highlight of the culture there. As one staff member put it, “it’s like a mini Vegas Hard Rock.” I couldn’t say it better myself.
